About Our Lessons

We pick you up at an arranged time, at place of your choosing, and then at the end of the lesson we drop you off at the same, or a different, place. Please be ready to go because our lessons start when we arrive.

Generally, we work between 08:30 and 19:00, Monday to Friday

Our lessons are geared towards teaching you to be a good, safe driver and ultimately to passing your tests. We emphasise the importance of 'reading the road', ie. looking ahead to anticipate potential dangers before they happen. We will advise when you are ready to take your practical test.

We offer a variety of services, such as:

- Standard lessons

Pass Plus

Congratulations! You’ve passed your driving test. Now you can drive on your own at last!

Having access to your own car will give you the independence you need and the freedom you were seeking, but your learning doesn’t stop with gaining your pass certificate. You are still at the beginning of your driving career and have a lot of experience to gain before you become a skilful driver.

For a new driver, the cost of insurance can be really high. And what is the reason for this? Government statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident in the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career. Age doesn’t matter – it’s down to a lack of driving experience. And that’s where Pass Plus comes in.

Pass Plus is a training course targeted at newly qualified drivers, designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). The course builds upon and develops your existing skills and knowledge, teaching you how to better anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, and helps you to become more confident on the roads.

The course is a minimum of 6 hours driving, during which we will cover various modules:

- Driving in town
- Driving in all weathers
- Driving on rural roads
- Driving at night
- Driving on dual carriageways
- Driving on motorways

Anyone who holds a full UK licence is eligible to take part in the scheme. You will not have to take a test at the end of the course but instead you will be continually assessed throughout the 6 modules. You must successfully complete all the modules of the course to an achieved or exceeded standard in order to complete the course.
